Qt18b20 is a high precision resolution programmable single bus temperature measurement chip. The temperature measurement range of the temperature sensor is - 55 ° C to + 125 ° C. according to the user's needs, the temperature measurement mode can be changed into high speed and low precision or low speed and high precision through the configuration register. Built in 4-byte nonvolatile storage unit, 2-byte for high and low temperature alarm, and 2-byte for user-defined information. The maximum error is ± 0.5 ° C in the range of - 10 ° C to + 85 ° C, and ± 1.5 ° C in the whole temperature range. Users can choose power supply mode and parasitic power supply mode independently.
